WAUPACA COUNTY (NBC 26) — A 31-year-old man suspected in a shooting that injured another person is now in custody, authorities said Wednesday.
The Waupaca County Sheriff's Office said Cornelius Dupree Russell was identified as a suspect in a Sunday incident on the Little Wolf River, where law enforcement says a person was shot while tubing on the river.
The incident remains under investigation.
