ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) — A man was taken to the hospital Friday morning after being by a car.
Police said officers were sent to Pilgrim Way between S Oneida St and Holmgren Way for a report of a car vs pedestrian crash at around 7 a.m.
According to police, a 21-year-old man was hit in the roadway by an eastbound vehicle. The man was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver was not hurt and is cooperating with the investigation.
Police say speed or alcohol do not appear to be factors in this crash. The roadway has since been reopened.
