APPLETON (NBC 26) — Appleton investigators have sent arrest charges for the man accused of being involved in the disturbance with a weapon from last week, Appleton Police announced Thursday.
Police said Cornelius C. Pearson was arrested last Friday following a stabbing incident on the northside.
Pearson was confined last Friday on a probation violation after he was found, following a disturbance that occurred in the 2600 Block of North Richmond Street. Appleton Police said Pearson was out on felony bond from an incident that occurred in Brown County. Police said he has a history of violent incidents.
Police said Appleton investigators are recommending two counts of attempted first degree intentional homicide, one count of armed robbery, and one count of burglary.
