BROWN CO. (WIS) NBC 26 — Troopers arrested a man for his 6th OWI in Brown County Sunday night.
David Ryan, 67, of Illinois was pulled over for driving 91mph on Interstate 41, just north of Lineville Road. The speed limit on the interstate is 70.
After showing signs of impairment and a Trooper smelling an odor of drugs from the vehicle, a field sobriety test was performed and Ryan was arrested. Troopers said Ryan was very uncooperative and refused chemical testing of his blood and a warrant was obtained. After a blood draw at a hospital, Ryan was taken to the Brown County jail. Troopers said he was also driving without a license.
