TWO RIVERS (NBC 26) -- One man has been hospitalized and another man has been arrested after authorities said a fight at a home escalated into a stabbing.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office said first responders went to a home in Two Rivers on Wednesday afternoon in response to a stabbing. The sheriff's office said two men who live at the home got into and argument and a fight.
During the confrontation, the Sheriff's Office said one of the men stabbed the other numerous times.
The 30-year-old stabbing victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. He is currently in stable condition, the sheriff's office said.
The stabbing suspect was identified as 23-year-old Jon Paul Douglas Brutscher. The Sheriff's Office said Brutscher was arrested for attempted homicide and is currently being held in the Manitowoc County Jail.
