MENASHA (NBC 26) -- A man is accused of stabbing his roommate in Menasha early Thursday morning.
Menasha Police responded to a call at around 4 a.m. in the 400 Block of Broad St. A 37-year-old Menasha man said his roommate had stabbed him.
The man was taken to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Neenah by ambulance and found to have minor injuries. He was released from the hospital.
Police said the 34-year-old man accused in the stabbing initially refused to leave the house. Menasha Police said officers spent about 30 minutes speaking with the man and persuaded him to come out of the house. Police said he also had minor injuries, but declined medical attention.
The suspect was arrested for 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Disorderly Conduct, and Battery before being taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
