APPLETON (NBC 26) -- Appleton Police said officers have arrested a former Wilson Middle School teacher.
Police said Brian F. Dimmer of Grand Chute was taken into custody Monday and taken to Outagamie County Jail. He faces multiple charges, including exposing himself and exposing a child to harmful narrative, as well as soliciting an intimate representation and causing a child to view or listen to sexual activity.
According to Appleton Police, the arrest is a result of an investigation that began after police were alerted of inappropriate contact Dimmer had with a female student.
Police said Dimmer was a teacher at Wilson Middle School and coach at Appleton West High School until he resigned his position.
