GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Multiple art and community organizations are partnering with a local restaurant to install a new mural.

According to a newsletter from Green Bay's downtown district, Napalese Lounge & Grille, along with community partners Rainbow Over Wisconsin, Olde Main Street Arts District, The Art Garage, United Arts, and The Canary Fund, are searching for an artist to paint a new LGBTQ mural on Napalese.

Artist applications and proposals should be submitted to united-arts@googlegroups.com by March 15th, 2021. The subject line must read "Napalese Mural Application."

The proposal description should include how this work affirms and celebrates the presence and contributions of the LGBTQ community in Northeast Wisconsin.
