A 60-year-old town of Little Suamico man has been arrested and booked into the Oconto County Jail for possession of child pornography, according to the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office.
After receiving information from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation about a residence downloading child pornography, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant on October 3 at a residence in the town of Little Suamico.
Throughout the investigation, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation Appleton and Madison Regional Offices.
The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office is affiliated with the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. This case is being prosecuted by the Oconto County District Attorney’s Office.
