NEENAH, Wis. (NBC 26) -- Time is ticking away for you to cast a vote for the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest.
We are down to the Top 16 and five area businesses are in the running.
One of them is Kimberly-Clark out of Neenah.
They have been nominated for their nano preemie diapers.
These Huggies diapers are made for babies weighing less than two pounds.
They aren't sold on store shelves. They are sold directly to hospitals and healthcare providers.
They were designed in partnership with NICU nurses and neonatal therapists to accommodate patient lines and tubes, and fragile, underdeveloped skin.
"They are tiny. They can fit in the palm of your hand," said Andy Grignon, the facility manager at Kimberly-Clark. "The other thing that really provides the benefit for the consumer is the softness of the material. They are super delicate."
"Their skin is so delicate that the only thing that can touch their skin is that diaper," continued Grignon. "It's essential that we deliver a product that meets the needs of their skin and the delicateness of their body."
The nano preemie diapers are all hand-inspected in a sterile environment before being packaged and shipped.
The product is solely produced in Wisconsin and shipped all over the world.
Kimberly-Clark is the number three seed going up against Spacesaver Corporation in Fort Atkinson.
Voting for this round runs through Sunday.

The Top 8 will be announced on Monday.
