APPLETON (NBC 26) — All lanes of Interstate 41 northbound have reopened Tuesday morning at Capital Drive near Appleton.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, that stretch of 41 was closed for about two hours while repairs were being made.
Daily detours will affect traffic along Interstate 41 until the entire project is done.
