HORTONVILLE (WGBA) -- Neenah's Mayor has "passed the Hat" -- providing the name of Whoville to Hortonville as the community's high school is the next in the area to perform the musical "Suessical."
Hortonville High School's production of Seussical runs from November 7-10, with performances at 7 p.m. each day and a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday.
