TWO RIVERS -- A groundbreaking ceremony was held Thursday for Two Rivers’ new Cobblestone Hotel.
City leaders put shovels in the ground to start construction on the four-story, 55-room facility at the corner of 16th and Jefferson Streets.
Officials say the new hotel will help revitalize the downtown waterfront where a major manufacturing plant once stood. Construction is expected to wrap-up in time for a spring grand opening.
