GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The igNight Market in Green Bay has been canceled this year due to coronavirus concerns.

The four igNight Markets were scheduled for four Saturdays throughout the summer in Green Bay's Broadway District.

The event featured local artisans and crafters, live music, as well as games, food, and drinks.

"After consulting with health advisors, involved organizations, and our dedicated partners, we feel it in the best interest to continue the series in 2021," a statement from market organizers read.

This cancellation is one of several events in Northeast Wisconsin that were scheduled for the summer but then canceled over concerns about the virus.
