GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay police chief Andrew Smith says the department is doing its own review of the Jonathan Tubby case.
Police are putting together a critical incident review board.
That review will determine whether or not officers followed the department's rules and policies.
"What was done right, what can we do differently in the future if an incident like this were to present itself again - and clarify anything that we need to," Smith said. "That has been ongoing. We have not interviewed people with respect to that, but we started the investigation."
Smith said that the report is moving forward.
It'll be several weeks until it's completed.
