GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Green Bay Police are asking people to avoid the area of the Ray Nitschke Bridge (Main St./Dousman St.) in downtown Green Bay.
Police said Tuesday that officers and firefighters are responding to a person in the water.
Traffic can take the Walnut St. or Mason St. Bridges as an alternative.
