GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich was recently named in a lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign.
The suit alleges Green Bay and other cities ran an illegal election, partially by setting up ballot boxes and by accepting grant money to prepare for the election.
The mayor released a statement Thursday:
"The city does not comment on pending litigation, but we are confident in the transparency of the November election and administered it in full accordance and consultation with the WEC."
