GREEN BAY, Wis. — Despite cool weather and recent rain, even with patches of snow still on the ground, the Green Bay Fire Department says grass fire season is upon us.
Brown County's fire danger level is currently listed as High on the Wisconsin DNR's website.
Green Bay Fire Dept. reports "several incidents" have happened already this week, but the department did not specify details on these incidents.
Residents are encouraged to monitor burn restriction information.
