GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay's Department of Public Works is making some changes this week as a major winter storm comes through.
The city will begin a full plow operation beginning at 4 a.m. on Monday morning. After that first operation is complete, the city will then go through and do a second one.
To help out the plow drivers, Green Bay DPW will not be doing sanitation pickup on Monday. That means sanitation pickup will be pushed back by one day this week.
