GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Discussion is underway at a special meeting for the Green Bay Area Public School Board of Education.
They're voting on two motions tonight: the district's recommendation to start the school year completely off-site with virtual instruction, or an alternate motion to return to school with a blended model.
