NEENAH, Wis. — A girl who helps others received a special surprise Friday night at the Children's Cancer Family Foundation' s Gold Ribbon Gala.

Elliana Manders' baby sister died of cancer. She raises money to buy American Girl dolls without hair for children's hospitals. During the Gala, the American Girl company surprised Elliana with a gift of ten dolls for her cause.

The Gala was held at the Bridgewood Resort in Neenah. It was hosted by former Badgers basketball star turned NBA player Sam Dekker and his wife, ESPN reporter Olivia Dekker. The couple helped raised more than $65,000 for Northeast Wisconsin families affected by pediatric cancer.
