MANITOWOC, Wis. (NBC 26) -- Frosty's Festival of Lights has returned to Manitowoc.
The Halloween light display helps raise money for the Manitowoc Shop with a Cop program.
There are some new additions this year including a singing Mike Wazowski.
Donations are encouraged so families in need can have something under the tree this Christmas.
The display is located at 1434 Daisy Drive.
You can view the lights Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m, or Friday and Saturdays from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Tune into 89.1 FM to enjoy the show from the safety of your car.
The light display will be up through October 31st.
