MANITOWOC — Four people were arrested Tuesday in Manitowoc on drug charges. They're accused of having drugs in a house with young children.
According to the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office, investigators searched a home on the 700 block of S. 18th Street in Manitowoc. The Sheriff's Office said two children were in the house and several of the adults were in the downstairs dining room area with meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia.
When investigators entered the home, the Sheriff's Office said they found a 7-year-old child was in close proximity to the drugs.
Investigators referred 33-year-old Kristi Ackley for multiple drug charges, including being a keeper of a drug house and child neglect. The other suspects face multiple drug possession charges. They were all taken to Manitowoc County Jail.
