With everything going with the pandemic helping out our neighbors has proven to be more important than ever.
Which is why NBC 26 is proud to report that Festival Foods' fundraising efforts for food pantries and animal organizations surpassed $3.3 million, with nearly an $80,000 increase in donations for 2020.
“I would say maybe for every 100 guests, out of that we get 15-20 that would donate and come through so it's quite a bit. I think people find those ways to touch and help out uplift their own communities which is great. There's not as much opportunities to go out and volunteer in the communities so providing that dollar value helps out and helps those pantries during these days in our own Green Bay community,” said Nick Kaisershot, the Assistant Store Director for Festival Foods - Green Bay East.
NBC 26 is a proud partner with Festival Foods in helping out food for neighbors and paw away hunger programs in Northeast Wisconsin.
