WISCONSIN (NBC 26) -- UPDATE: There are now at least 90 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Wisconsin.
The big spike in the last 24-hours coming out of Milwaukee County that recently reported 40 new cases Tuesday evening.
Fond du Lac County health officials reported Tuesday afternoon that there are now 12 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Fond du Lac County.
This comes after an state update earlier in the day.
Of the 59 tests that were conducted in Fond du Lac County, 58 tests came up negative. One test came back positive, bringing Fond du Lac County’s total to 12.
The Fond du Lac County Health Department working on contacting anyone with exposure to this new positive case. The department didn't provide any specifics on the case.
