First Nations Development Institute a non-profit led by Native Americans is behind the operation to help work for more affordable, healthy food.
“At the end of the day it's about it being our culture it's a medicine it's something we're going to utilize educate remind ourselves and increase what we're doing understand it in that way,” said council member Ernest Stevens III.
The conference runs through Wednesday.
