OUTAGAMIE CO. (NBC 26) — Authorities say a driver was found dead in a solo car crash Sunday morning.
The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department said the crash happened on the 6200 block of Bubiltz Road located in the Town of Maple Creek.
Deputies said the vehicle was traveling southbound on Buboltz Road when it hit a deer, lost control, and hit a tree.
According to the police report, the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He was found dead at the scene by first responders.
The crash is still under investigation. No further information has been provided at this time.
