EPIC Event Center opens in Ashwaubenon

ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) — EPIC Event Center opened to the public for its first concert Thursday night with a performance by ‘Otherwise’ and supporting local acts Krestfall and Archaic Bloom.

"We’re sold out tonight so our first show is exactly what we were hoping for, people coming out excited to see some live music, and we can’t wait," said Ryan Vander Sanden, entertainment manager for EPIC Events Center.

EPIC Event Center opened with limited capacity in a podded format that will allow groups of up to six to be seated together. All pods are spaced six feet apart.

EPIC Event Center also performs temperature checks upon entry and ask that masks to be worn whenever outside of the assigned pod.

“We are excited to be able to provide live entertainment in a safe manner at this incredible new facility,” said Melissa Toonen, General Manager of EPIC Event Center. “Various sporting and entertainment venues in the area have demonstrated that with the right protocols, we can successfully bring smaller scale events to the community. We have a great lineup coming to EPIC Event Center that will bring sensational talent to the area spanning many different genres.”

EPIC Event Center is a 2,100 capacity live entertainment venue at 2351 Holmgren Way in Ashwaubenon that will host live music of various genres including country, pop and rock along with comedy performers.
