Enjoy winter activities at Titletown's New Year's Eve party

GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Titletown is preparing special activities for all ages and extending their hours on New Year's Eve. Along with the activities will be a midnight countdown and fireworks to bring in the new year.

Organizers say there will be a variety of winter activities for people of all ages to participate in. From ice carving demonstrations, to live music and entertainment, to interactive games. Throughout the park will be fire pits and warming lamps to stay toasty between activities.

A heated tent will cover the plaza where live music will be hosted by Jayson Slade from WIXX. According to Titletown, also in the tent will be virtual reality goggle games, a giant Lite Brite, and a glow bar offering beverages for purchase.

Titletown's tubing hours will be New Year's Eve from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m. More information for tubing pricing and waivers can be found HERE.

In addition, they have extended their ice skating hours to be from 1 p.m. New Year's Eve to 12:30 a.m. New Year's Day. They say the skating will feature a "silent disco" in which DJs will play music that can only be heard by those skating with special headphones provided by Titletown. The silent disco will run from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. More information for skating pricing and waivers can be found HERE.

Other entertainment and activities will include fire and LED juggling shows, giant Jenga, photo booths, and snow art for people to draw their own artwork. These are all free to participate in.

Titletown says they will offer a complimentary champagne toast while supplies last at 11:45 p.m.

The countdown will begin at 11:59 p.m. A fireworks show will follow to celebrate the new year.
