E.A.T.S fundraising event to raise money for Fox Valley students

MENASHA (NBC26) -- The UW-Fox Cities Foundation is hosting its E.A.T.S. event this weekend to raise money for students at the Fox Valley campus of UW-Oshkosh.

Celebrity chefs will cook up some good food for folks to try out at UW-Oshkosh Fox Cities Campus on Midway Road in Menasha.

The event begins at 6 p.m. on November 2nd.

There will also be entertainment and raffles.

NBC26's Brooke Hafs and Michael Fish will emcee the event.

Here's a full list of the chefs and dishes they will prepare:

  • Chef Manny Gandara of Eagle Point Senior Living: Turkey Wellington with Brandy Sauce. Bananas Foster.
  • Chef Jeff Igel of Fox Valley Technical College: German Meatballs
  • Chef Sonya Braun and Richard Niemuth of Niemuth’s South Side Market: Gluten Free Chicken Breast Mini Kabob with Tomato & Bell Pepper. Niemuth’s Hickory Smoked Bacon Wrapped Maple Bourbon Dijon Pork Bites.
  • Damon Warbelton and Beki Grygny of Cedar Creek Marketplace: Loaded Baked Potato Soup
  • Tod Galloway: Wild Rice with Shrimp
  • Rosangela Berbert: Brazillian Potato Salad
  • Sam of India Darbar Restaurant: Chicken Tikki Masala
