WISCONSIN (NBC 26) — The Wisconsin State Patrol pulled over someone recently and found the driver sitting in a unique seat: a camping chair.
In a photo they shared Wednesday, a trooper in the North Central Region stopped a pickup truck for an equipment violation. When the trooper walked up to the driver, he noticed the person sitting in a fold up camping chair.
If you're wondering if you can do this in your car...think again. The post points to a Wisconsin law which explains this is illegal.
The post has been circulating well on Facebook with more than 2,600 shares as of Thursday morning.
Dan Swartz commenting, "I'm just trying to get the best gas mileage....In all seriousness not a great way to take the windshield taste test. Glad he wasn't in an accident."
Korey Maves quoting The Red Green Show posting, "Should've duct-taped it down," with a GIF of one of the show's well known lines, 'If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.'
Another person adding, "I came here for the comments and my conclusion is...this seems perfectly normal in Wisconsin," said Jena Sue.
The state patrol captioned the photo with #YouDontSeeThatEveryday, reminding folks this is not safe for the roads.
