A Sister Bay cafe and creamery has been named the best sandwich shop in Wisconsin, according to Yelp and Buzzfeed.
On Oct. 7, Buzzfeed posted an article listing the best sandwich spots in each state, according to Yelp reviews. Door County Creamery was named Wisconsin's best. Located in Sister Bay, Door County Creamery is a cafe offering artisanal cheeses and sandwiches, plus lunchtime goat farm tours with tastings.
The article does not explain why each location was chosen, however it does include a review from a "Yelper" for each state.
The review chosen for Door County Creamery comes from a "Yelper" named Tom D.
"A nice small spot to grab lunch in busy Sister Bay. Both sandwiches we tried were great with their homemade goat cheese," says Tom. "The cheese spreads are great and you can sample before making any purchases. Will definitely be back!"
The creamery opened its doors in 2013 with hopes of giving the community a chance to fall in love with fresh, local cheeses. To this day, Door County Creamery still offers goat cheeses, goat milk soap, and gelato.
