For the third year in a row, the St. Norbert Green Knights are Harris Cup champions.
SNC defeated Adrian 4-1 on Saturday night in front of a packed house at the Cornerstone Community Center. Sophomore forward Timmy Nicksic started the scoring with a goal in the first period and finished it with an empty netter in the third. The Knights and Adrian Bulldogs have met in the Harris Cup finals in each of the last five seasons.
The defending DIII National Champions now await their match up for the first round of the NCAA DIII National Tournament which begins on Saturday, March 9.
