GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Green Bay Police investigators are looking for those responsible for leaving a puppy found dead in a suitcase.
Police said the suitcase containing the deceased animal was found in a ditch on Emmet Street in Green Bay. The puppy is believed to be a 4-6 month old, black and white intact Pitbull terrier type dog.
The Green Bay Police Department is urging people to surrender unwanted pets to your local animal shelter or rescue.
