DE PERE (NBC 26) — De Pere Police have cleared an incident that blocked traffic on Main Street near the train bridge.
A traffic incident had blocked traffic from going eastbound on Main Street earlier Thursday morning.
Police had said to expect delays in the area until further notice with the blocked traffic.
