DE PERE — A 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old man are accused of shooting out windows with BB gun.
De Pere Police announced Tuesday that the two suspects were referred to the Brown County District Attorney’s Office for ten counts of Criminal Damage to Property.
Police say the vandalism happened in early June, when officers responded to multiple calls of commercial windows being damaged. Police say the damage was caused by a BB gun. The total amount of damage was estimated at around $8,500.
Five of the ten counts are for damage done in De Pere, four counts in Ashwaubenon, and one count at the Brown County Fairgrounds, De Pere Police say.
