OSHKOSH — It's Day Two of EAA Airventure in Oshkosh. Spread out throughout the 5-mile campgrounds you'll find opportunities to learn everything there is to know about an airplane - especially if you walk inside innovation showcase, where you'll find all the latest technology for aviation.
According to spokes people from EAA, they open tents like the innovation center if they want to highlight the future of flying an airplane. Inside you will see new technology like he virtual reality white simulator where you can learn what it's like to fly a plane without ever stepping inside the cockpit.
One attendee of the showcase said these types of events are important because the future of aviation is always changing.
"We need to be here to get on the front lines to talk to new companies’ home, to talk to interesting innovators, to get a better sense of what technologies and how they can impact the industry moving forward,” said Jay Carmel, who came from Washington D.C.
Univision Center is open throughout the day all the EAA festivals going on.
