In Burlington, Wis., Bob Schiller was not going to let a little water prevent him from a nice breakfast, so he decided to kayak to the gas station for some coffee and donuts. His wife Sandy captured the video:

Lake Geneva, Wis. was also hit hard. Viewer Jackie Hennerley posted a video of fast-moving water rushing down a street in her neighborhood.
