SHAWANO COUNTY, Wis. — The wife of one of the Shawano County brothers missing in Missouri will now be allowed to take over the brothers' business, according to court records.

Wisconsin Circuit Court Access shows that Lisa Diemel was appointed Thursday as a special administrator to run the business and estate of her husband and his brother.

Lisa's husband, 34-year-old Nicholas Diemel, and his 24-year-old brother, Justin Diemel, haven't been heard from since July 21 when they missed their flight home after visiting northwest Missouri on a trip for the business they operate in Bonduel. Authorities say the case is a death investigation.

Wisconsin online court records state that the court found it appears that the brothers are deceased based on information given.
