APPLETON, Wis. (NBC26) -- The Paper Discovery Center in Appleton is bringing a brand new program to life. They pair together art and science with 3D paintings, handmade black-light glowing paper and learning more about the things we didn't know glow.
The Paper Discovery Center is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm. Visitors can check out the exhibit until July 3rd.
