ASHWAUBENON — Tuesday is Colton's Cure 6th Annual Water Balloon Fight.
It is in honor of Colton Steinhorst who was diagnosed at just two-and-a-half years old with cancer. He sadly lost his battle, but not before his family started Colton's Cure, which focuses on helping families who also have children fighting cancer.
The water balloon fight was originally part of Colton’s personal bucket list. His foundation continues to hold the fight for kids during the summer. The event includes water balloons, face painting, games, and a balloon release in memory of Colton.
It's taking place in Pioneer Park at 6 p.m.
