The James Prokopovitz trial continued Thursday with both sides resting and moving toward closing arguments.
Prosecution rested its case after 44 witnesses testified. The defense plans on moving straight into closing statements. James Prokopovitz will not testify.
After closing arguments, it’s expected court will adjourn and the jury will return Friday morning to deliberate.
