ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) — Chick-fil-A has submitted a site plan review application to build on Bay Park Square Mall property near the new Panda Express restaurant, at the corner of South Oneida Street and a mall access road.
The plan will be on the agenda for Ashwaubenon’s Site Plan Review Committee meeting on March 16. If approved, building plans must then be submitted to and approved by the state before the village can issue a building permit.
Chick-fil-A already has locations open in Grand Chute and Oshkosh.
