GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- When you consider the success of Stan Lee or Charles Schulz, a great career may have been launched Friday in Green Bay.
The Art Garage hosted a 'Cartoon and Comic Workshop' for young artists. Instructors helped them nurture new ideas and develop their own style while working towards a finished product.
"You start out with that very simple idea," says instructor C.J. Guzan. "Just start drawing something. Draw anything. Move on to what does this mean? If this a character that you've created, what world does that character live in? What does that character want? Why are they doing whatever they are doing? All the way to a fully fleshed out comic, that goes from start to finish, is a bunch of different panels and tells a whole story from start to finish."
Students ages 6 to 18 were welcome to attend this workshop.
