GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — If you're looking to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, you should consider taking a self-guided candlelit hike at the L.H. Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve in Green Bay.
You can walk, snowshoe or ski a ¾ mile illuminated trail through the woods. This is a leashed dog friendly event. But please note that during other times dogs are not allowed on this portion of the park.
Space is limited. Pre-registration and payment is required at the time of registration. Please call (920) 434-2824 to register. Arrive any time during the event to start your winter evening hike. Cost is $5/person. Snowshoe rentals are $3/child or $5/adult.
