BROWN COUNTY — After over 30 years serving as a judge in Brown County, Judge William Atkinson is setting down his gavel and retiring.
Atkinson presided over Branch 8 of the Brown County Circuit Court since being elected in 1991.
Prior to that he served as Green Bay municipal judge for six years.
