BROWN COUNTY (NBC 26) -- Brown County Sheriff's Office reported a person was hit and hospitalized by a car late Friday night.
The person was said to be helping a stranded motorist in the area of CTH PP and CTH Z by the Town of Hollandtown when they were hit by a passing car.
The Sheriff's Office says the person was taken to a local hospital for life threatening injuries.
According to deputies, poor winter driving conditions were a contributing factor.
This is an ongoing investigation.
