APPLETON (NBC 26) -- The Mid-Day Women's Alliance (MDWA) of Appleton opened registration Saturday to the public for their 14th annual fundraiser.
This year's proceeds will benefit B.A.B.E.S., Inc., who has proudly served young parents and their children since 1997.
Earlier this year, B.A.B.E.S. piloted the internationally known Strengthening Families Program. This program is new to the Fox Valley, and is being implemented as the new service delivery model for B.A.B.E.S., Inc.
Funds raised through the Black and Pink Ball will help support the Strengthening Families Program.
This year the fundraiser will feature a plated meal along with silent and live auctions. Tickets are $50 per person or $500 for a table of ten.
The Black and Pink Ball will take place on December 4th from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Butte des Morts Country Club, located at 3600 W. Prospect Ave. in Appleton.
