GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Biebel’s Catering & Rental has acquired Gerczak’s Liquor & Catering in Green Bay, Biebel's has announced. The purchase occurred February 4.
Biebel’s is Green Bay’s long-standing catering and rental company and Gerczak’s Liquor & Catering is described as an enduring fixture in the beverage retailing and bartending service in Green Bay.
For years, Biebel’s has provided a broad range of catering and party rental options for its customers in Northeast Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan.
Biebel's says in a news release that the purchase of Gerczak's will allow Biebel's to provide its customers beverage services for events such as weddings, corporate events, company picnics and more. Gerczaks’s retail store, located at 1244 Velp Ave., will continue operating, selling spirits, beer, wine, ice and more.
Biebel’s Catering & Rental was established in 1903 and acquired by Kim Agostine in 2017. Their customers range from corporate businesses, funeral homes, schools to individuals planning parties and events. Biebel’s is located at 1234 Bellevue St. in Green Bay.
Gerczak’s Liquor & Beverage Catering just celebrated their 75th anniversary.
