Even though the Packers didn't make it to the Super Bowl, there may be some folks in the area still looking to get in on the big game.

The Better Business Bureau has everything you need to know to plan a successful trip.

This year's game in Tampa, Florida is going to be a little different thanks to Covid-19.

"This Super Bowl is going to be unlike anything we've had in the past," said Susan Bach, the regional director for the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin.

The National Football League announced about 22,000 fans are attending.

With 7,500 of those being free tickets for vaccinated healthcare workers, that means 14,500 tickets are being sold.

"For those lucky enough to get tickets, I'm not sure they're going to be able to sell them like they have in the past," said Bach.

Usually folks look for tickets on places like online marketplaces or ticket sellers and re-sellers.

This year, expect those offers to be rip-offs as most tickets will be mobile and non-transferable.

Make sure if you're buying a ticket, it's from a reputable source.

"Make sure they're a member of the National Association of Ticket Brokers," said Bach.

The way you buy a ticket for a game or any other event can protect you.

"In the chance that you are buying counterfeit tickets, your credit card offers the most protection," said Bach.

Know the refund policy and only buy tickets from a seller that provides clear details about the terms of the transaction.

You can check up on any ticket seller on the BBB's website. There you'll find any previous customer reviews or complaints.
